Welcome to Flowering Fields Bed & Breakfast, "where southern hospitality begins." We call it a little slice of heaven where you can relax and de-stress with nature surrounding you.
Our guests enjoy reading and rocking on the porch, feeding the horses, watching and listening to the birds, playing with our retrievers, Midi & Sunny, and taking morning walks in the quiet. After dinner our guests love star gazing and sitting on our porch listening to the sounds of the night.
Our "cruise ship" breakfasts feature fresh fruits, omelettes, pancakes and Lloyd's "famous crabcakes" made at the B&B from Chesapeake Bay Blue Crab. Our guests come year after year for our delicious food, golfing, biking, boating and other events, or just R&R.
We are located minutes from the quaint villages of Kilmarnock, Irvington and White Stone, where the Rappahannock River meets the Chesapeake Bay, approximately 1.5 hours from Richmond, 3 hrs from DC and 2 hrs north of VA Beach on the coast.
